Ranee: Story of a docile and shy girl who wants to get the love of her husband(out of a child marriage) but has to compete with her mother-in-law. The mother is an over-possessive mother who loves her son too much and considers him the keeper of her life. The tale tracks the obstacles that the mother throws in the way of the girl to stop her from getting close to her only loving son. The mother-in-law finds another duplicate who looks exactly like the girl to make sure her son stays fine, when she assumes that the girl has lost her life and is never going to come back. Ranee realizes that the duplicate is not that dangerous and will help her in getting her revenge from the ones who tried to kill her and separate her from the love of her life. With help from Sony and Raja, Ranee tries to uncover the truth. Will they succeed? The story revolves around the grief stricken boy who has lost his beloved wife and hope from life at the moment. At his strive to have a happier life, the tale twists when paranormal activities start around the rustic village girl. The activities continues in the household and all the in-laws blame the new member in the house. She decides to move away from her husband and his family to keep them safe from the wrath of the evil soul. But Satwik is finally getting close to her and realize her importance.
