ScanSnap Home has a new Quick Menu option that makes scanning faster and more flexible. Instead of choosing the perfect profile or destination before you scan, Quick Menu lets you scan first and decide what to do with the file afterward. In this video, I walk through how Quick Menu works in ScanSnap Home, including how to save scans to your computer, send documents to apps like OneNote, upload files to cloud storage, scan receipts into accounting tools like QuickBooks Online, and even send scanned photos directly to Google Photos. This video is especially useful for existing ScanSnap users who want to get more out of ScanSnap Home and build a smoother scanning workflow. Sponsored by Ricoh. All opinions are my own. In this video: How the new ScanSnap Home Quick Menu works Why “scan first, choose later” can speed up your workflow How to use Drag to Send and Drag to OneNote Cloud options like OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, and Box Receipt and accounting destinations, including QuickBooks Online Uploading scanned photos to Google Photos How favorites and suggested destinations make Quick Menu more useful over time Do you usually scan everything into one folder and organize it later, or do you send each scan directly to its final destination?
