Making Cantaloupe/Honeyrock Jam

This is my first time making this jam. I didn't say in the video but I used one Cantaloupe and one Honeyrock melon mainly because honeyrock just taste like a little sweater cantaloupe to me anyway lol. It ended up thick and chunky. The taste reminded me of dried cantaloupe. Out of the 14 cups of chopped melon I only got 4 and 1/4 jars!
