I Bought a Tesla to Change My Life. Now I Have to Build the Rest.

I bought a Tesla because I wanted to make a change. But I’m starting to realise the car was never the shift. It was just the thing that got me moving. Veridian Shift is about trying to build a life by design — more travel, more time with my family, Around the World in 80 Coffees, creating things I care about, and eventually finding a way to make all of this sustainable. That means there’s another part of this journey I need to start documenting: The Build. Can I create something people actually want to follow? Can I generate income from what I create? Can I work with businesses and people that genuinely align with what Veridian Shift is becoming? Could those partnerships eventually help fund the travel and stories I want to make? I don’t know yet. I’m still working. I’m still figuring it out. And Veridian Shift certainly isn’t paying the bills. But that’s what makes this interesting. The Tesla didn’t change my life. It got me moving.
