Brian Mundubile Nabbed Over Facebook Hate Speech Allegations.

The Zambia Police Service has arrested and charged Tonse Alliance president Brian Mundubile over alleged cyber-related offences linked to the controversial Facebook page “Munyaule Zambia.” Police say the 55-year-old lawmaker from Lusaka has been charged with aiding, abetting and counselling to commit hate speech, contrary to Section 55 read with Section 65 of the Cyber Security and Cyber Crimes Act No. 2 of 2021.
