Watch a Metallic Space Marine Come to Life — Vallejo Metallics Time-Lapse

From bare plastic to gleaming metal — watch a Space Marine trooper painted entirely with Vallejo Metallic Paints, captured in full time-lapse with an original music score. A classic look for one of Warhammer's most iconic warriors, brought to life with one of the hobby's finest metallic paint ranges. In this video we paint a standard Primaris Space Marine trooper from start to finish using the Vallejo Metallic range, showcasing how versatile and effective these paints are for achieving a rich, deep metallic finish on power armour. The time-lapse captures every stage of the process — priming, base coats, shading, layering, and final highlights — demonstrating just how striking a fully metallic Space Marine can look on the painting table. Vallejo is one of the most respected names in miniature painting, producing a wide range of high-quality acrylic paints used by hobbyists and professional painters worldwide. Their Metallic range is particularly well regarded for its smooth consistency, strong pigmentation, and excellent coverage, making it an ideal choice for painting the armour, weapons, and equipment of Warhammer 40,000 Space Marines and other metallic miniatures.
