Step 5 - Puppy Training - Crate Training Using Positive Reinforcement

In this video Chad Hines with Willow Creek Kennels shows you how to build on Steps 1-4 (target & sit training). This video focuses on crate or "kennel" training using positive reinforcement (food reward), along with a secondary reinforcer (a training clicker). This is Step 5 in a series of puppy training basics. Although we put these videos in a sequence, you can certainly train your dog out of sequence. And it is never too late to teach an old dog new tricks! Comment or email willowcreekkennels@hotmail.com with questions. willowcreekkennels.net.
