‘Sorry’: Witness Disputes Alex Murdaugh’s Alibi from Night of Family Murders

The caregiver of Alex Murdaugh’s mother took the stand and recalled conversations she had with the disgraced lawyer around the time his family was murdered. Shelley Smith testified the disbarred South Carolina attorney told her he was at his mother’s house for 30-40 minutes the night his wife and son were killed.
