BJP Shock in Kargil: 4 LAHDC Councillors Resign | Councillors Address Press Conference Four BJP councillors of the 5th LAHDC Kargil have resigned from their posts and submitted their resignation to the DC Kargil-cum-CEO, LAHDC Kargil. The resigned councillors are Stanzin Lakpa (Cha), Padma Dorjey (Bodhkharbu), Stanzin Gurmet (Nominated – Aryan Valley) and Namgyal Punchok (Nominated – Zanskar).
