Schiphol Airport Spotting HIGHLIGHTS: feat. KLM A321neo Near Birdstrike + FIRST Etihad A321LR Visit

One of the highlights of the video is an KLM A321neo (PH-AXC) near birdstrike with a massive flock of birds. This footage captures just how dangerous birds can be for jet engines; watch how close this KLM flight comes to a massive bird strike during landing. Another highlight is the Etihad A321LR (A6-LRK) first visit: we caught the inaugural commercial visit of Etihad’s newest long-range narrowbody (Flight EY43). This aircraft is a game-changer, featuring the world’s first narrowbody First Class Suites. The Gulf Crisis Impact: note the rare footage of the Etihad A321LR being pulled to the apron. Due to the sudden airspace closures in the Gulf region on February 28, 2026, the return flight (EY44) was cancelled, leaving this brand-new airframe (delivered two days before by Airbus in Hamburg to Etihad) temporarily stranded at Schiphol.
