Dodgers 2026 Season Review: Shohei Ohtani's Worst Season in Years

Los Angeles Dodgers fans, it’s time to review Shohei Ohtani’s 2026 season! After his worst offensive season since 2019, Ohtani enters the offseason with plenty of questions surrounding his health, his future as a two-way player, and what his role on the mound and at the plate will look like moving forward. What was the biggest question about Ohtani this season? What key stat tells the story of his year? What was his defining moment? What’s his season grade? And what’s next for one of the most unique players in baseball? We’re also taking a closer look at how the Dodgers handled Ohtani’s injuries throughout the season and whether their decisions will have an impact on his future. This is part of our 2026 season-review series, asking the same five questions about all the major contributors to the Dodgers. 💙 Fan of the show and want to support Bleed Dodger Blue directly?
