नवाघरा में मतदान से पहले हंगामा, पूर्व सरपंच पति पर रुपए बांटने के आरोप, पुलिस ने नकदी कब्जे में ली डूंगरपुर। जिले की सागवाड़ा पंचायत समिति के अंतर्गत नवसृजित ग्राम पंचायत नवाघरा में मतदान शुरू होने से पहले ही हंगामा खड़ा हो गया। ग्रामीणों ने पादरा ग्राम पंचायत की पूर्व सरपंच प्रभादेवी परमार के पति मोतीलाल परमार पर मतदाताओं को अपने पक्ष में मतदान करने के लिए रुपए बांटने के आरोप लगाए। ग्रामीणों के अनुसार, शनिवार सुबह करीब 4:30 से 5 बजे के बीच मोतीलाल परमार कार लेकर गांव में पहुंचे थे और कथित तौर पर मतदाताओं को रुपए बांट रहे थे। ग्रामीणों ने उन्हें रोकने का प्रयास किया तो आरोप है कि वे हड़बड़ाहट में कार लेकर वहां से निकलने लगे। इसी दौरान एक बाइक कार की चपेट में आ गई, जिसके बाद उन्हें रुकना पड़ा। ग्रामीणों का दावा है कि कार में 500 रुपए के नोटों के बंडल रखे हुए थे और नकदी की राशि एक लाख रुपए से अधिक थी। घटना की सूचना मिलते ही सागवाड़ा थानाधिकारी मनीष खोईवाल पुलिस जाब्ते के साथ मौके पर पहुंचे और कथित तौर पर नकदी को कब्जे में लेकर मोतीलाल परमार को आगे की कार्रवाई के लिए पुलिस थाने ले गए। बताया जा रहा है कि मोतीलाल परमार पेशे से शिक्षक हैं और चुनाव के दौरान उनकी ड्यूटी सागवाड़ा स्थित कंट्रोल रूम में लगी हुई है। ऐसे में मतदान से पहले गांव में उनकी मौजूदगी को लेकर भी सवाल उठ रहे हैं। वहीं, इस घटनाक्रम के बीच उनका एक कथित धमकी भरा ऑडियो भी वायरल होने की बात सामने आई है, जिसमें वे गांव के किसी व्यक्ति को धमकाते सुनाई देने का दावा किया जा रहा है। हालांकि, ऑडियो की प्रामाणिकता और रुपए बांटने के आरोपों की स्वतंत्र पुष्टि होना बाकी है। इस घटना ने चुनाव की निष्पक्षता को लेकर चर्चाएं तेज कर दी हैं। दूसरी ओर, नवाघरा ग्राम पंचायत में सुबह 7 बजे से मतदान शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से शुरू होने की जानकारी है। माविता में भी सुबह 7 बजे मतदान प्रक्रिया शुरू हुई। मतदान केंद्रों पर पुलिस प्रशासन और निर्वाचन अधिकारियों ने मतदाताओं से शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग करने की अपील की। अब पूरे मामले में पुलिस की जांच और आगामी कार्रवाई पर सभी की नजरें टिकी हुई हैं। Commotion in Navaghara Before Voting; Husband of Former Sarpanch Accused of Distributing Cash; Police Seize Money Dungarpur: A commotion erupted in the newly formed Gram Panchayat of Navaghara—part of the Sagwara Panchayat Samiti—even before voting began.
