Day 14 (28/9/26) Lofoten: Hamnoy to Solvaer

Day 14 (28/9/26) Travelling back to Solvaer for our next day domestic flights from Solvaer to Trondheim to Oslo & then international flights to Istanbul to Singapore. On the way back, we couldn’t cross a 840m long bridge due to severe wind condition (wind speed at 30 m/s). Since it’s the first time we encountered this, we were wondering if it’s going to be a really long wait. Seeing a few cars turning away only made me more worried. Fortunately after 30 min, we could drive across the bridge! Early next morning, we received notice that all our domestic flights were cancelled! That really caused us to panic! Luckily, a short while later, they informed us that alternative domestic flight route were suggested for us which is: Solvaer to Bodo to Trondheim to Oslo One more airport transfer before our international flight!
