SAKURA BAY — Proposed by BAD. for HRE — North Coast, Egypt

SAKURA BAY — North Coast, Egypt 🇪🇬 Proposed by BAD. for HRE Following the remarkable success of SAKURA GARDENS in Dubai, BAD. proposes to bring this distinctive vision to Egypt’s North Coast with SAKURA BAY, a 1.2 million sqm coastal masterplan on the Mediterranean at Ras El Hekma. The plan grows from one simple idea: the circle of gathering. It scales from the home to the cluster to the neighborhood. Rings shape the atmosphere, radials carry movement, and nodes hold the life of the district, from intimate edges to an open, shared centre. Townhouses, villas, beachfront mansions, residences, hotels, an open-air mall, a marina and a waterpark, all woven into one landscape of water, green and light. Design decisions, computed from site data. North Coast, Egypt Masterplan · 1.2M sqm Architecture & Masterplanning: BAD.
