First Fridays Amplified

Dr. Mae Gilliland Wright, Executive Director of ArtsPartners of Central Illinois, takes us inside First Fridays Amplified — an initiative bringing more art, live music and energy to Peoria's Regional Core. From the Contemporary Art Center and Peoria Art Guild to local galleries, bookstores and restaurants, First Fridays Amplified gives people plenty of reasons to get out and explore. Supported in part by a Greater Peoria Leaders Community Sprint Grant, the initiative is another example of community collaboration helping make Greater Peoria an even better place to live, work and play.
