Chicken cordon blue, sounds fancy but made simple in the air fryer #chickenmadeeasy #simple #chicken #cheese #hamandcheese #disabledbutable #airfryerrecipes #airfryer Ingredients: Chicken breast, boneless and skinless Thin sliced ham Thin sliced Swiss cheese Dijon mustard Panko Lemon zest Asparagus Minced garlic Olive oil Salt and pepper Pound the chicken breast out flat for easy rolling. Brush with the Dijon mustard Top with sliced ham and cheese Roll up and secure with toothpicks or baking string Roll in panko... let rest while you heat your air fryer Air fry 375°F/190°C for 20 minutes While the chicken is cooking prepare your Asparagus. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper and minced garlic. When the chicken has been going for 10 minutes open your air fryer and turn the chicken over and add the Asparagus.
