SimCity (2013) Ep. 17: Planning For Oil

A new city once again is formed on the plot of land to the east known as Petrol Bay. With surveys proving that there is a huge amount of oil underneath the ground, this seems like the perfect place to build a city that specializes in oil-based products. So far, the only thing we have right now is the locals moving in.
