! WITH MUSIC ! Walk taken by me during one of my walking sessions that goes from the central area of ​​the small town of Polverigi to its countryside. Polverigi is a town of about 4,000 inhabitants, we are in the month of July, in the afternoon and there are about 34 degrees. It is a video that you can use to distract your mind during training sessions on the treadmill and in the meantime discover a new place located in Italy that you could visit during your future vacation in these areas. We are in central Italy, in the Marche region and what is shown is a route that I did, it doesn't show all the places of interest in the country but the video is focused on keeping you company during a workout.
