Failure in entrepreneurship can feel personal especially when you’ve poured your heart into what you’re building. In this video, I’m sharing how disappointment pushed me to pause, reconnect with myself, and reflect on my purpose.
I’m opening up about what happened with the Martha’s Vineyard Leaders Brunch, why I stepped back in September, and what that pause taught me about who I am beyond being the founder of QueensKnow.
I also share my experience attending PAUSE Festival after Nikki invited me as Karen Civil’s guest, and reflect on John 1:46: “Can anything good come out of Nazareth?”
Maybe you’re asking that same question about your own circumstances. Can anything good come from what failed, what you lost, or having to start over?
I don’t have every answer yet. But I’m learning that failure doesn’t have to be the end of my story.
