This is a food vlog about a Japanese salaryman's cheap lunch in Kagawa, Japan. Today I visited Gusto, one of Japan's popular family restaurant chains, to try its limited-time Pokémon collaboration menu. Order: Foil-wrapped Cheese-In Hamburger Steak with a Pikachu tail cutter, large rice, soup bar, and Squirtle's Surfing Shaved-Ice Sundae — $17.60 / ¥2,635 The foil-wrapped hamburger steak was incredibly tender, with rich demi-glace sauce, melted cheese, and juicy meat sealed inside. The Pikachu tail cutter made opening the foil surprisingly fun! For dessert, the Squirtle sundae came with Blue Hawaii shaved ice, mango, cherries, a banana, and popping candies — it was huge, refreshing, and full of Pokémon details.
