Footage of the appointment of Graeme Souness as Liverpool manager in April 1991. This is made up of a news report and a Sportsnight feature including an interview with Souness by John Motson and comment from Ray Wilkins. There is also an interview with UEFA president Lennart Johannsen about the prospect of Liverpool being readmitted to European competition for the 1990/91 season. Given how Souness's time in charge went, it is tempting to add in footage of him doing and saying the opposite of what he says here, but I decided that would be a bit petty.
