IGNORANT and GREEDY people in one clip, THIS is the horse carriage trade. Rocky 💔 an exploited horse forced to pull a carriage full of lazy people in dangerous situations for financial gain of greedy owners. Volunteer has been out before two PM, it is now past 7:00 PM and still no water buckets, no proper breaks provided as outlined in the City Code Compliance rulebook. This is horse slavery.
