Cooling Fan Replacement 2006-2011 Ford Crown Victoria with basic troubleshooting tasks

11000 Idle hours strikes again. This is likely similar to other years from 1998 up but I'm not sure. Also should be the same with Mercury Grand Marquis and Lincoln Town Car.
