Shimano TLD 50LRS Handle Shaky And Hard To Crank - How to diagnose & service

This Shimano TLD 50 LRS was brought in, with the customer saying the handle was shaky. It didn't seem terrible to me, but he didn't like it. When examining the reel, it also felt like the pinion bearing was also bad. Here's the video of the diagnosis and fix + how to take apart, service & reassemble.
