Located on 11.6 acres near Moi Stadium and Kisumu Polytechnic, it will feature 1,870 housing units (1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments) with 1,754 parking spaces, pre-schools, boreholes, solar power, and landscaped gardens. Phase One (910 units) was commissioned in May 2025 by President William Ruto. The project supports Kenya’s Affordable Housing Programme, offering units from Ksh 1.95 million with flexible payment plans, prioritizing relocated residents.
