Some sounds just deserve a regular reminder to our ears and honestly, I can’t go too long without editing a video featuring the scream of that flat-6. This video is fully focused on one of the most celebrated GT race cars of the modern era: the Porsche 991.2 RSR GTE. In particular this one is the exact chassis that claimed class victory in LMGTE Pro at the 2018 24 Hours of Le Mans with Kévin Estre, Michael Christensen and Laurens Vanthoor behind the wheel, sporting the famous 'Pink Pig' livery and number 92. Despite having had the privilege of recording this machine during its exhibition runs at the Festival of Speed in both 2018 and 2023, I somehow had never put together a video focused solely on it. It was definitely time to fix that!
