#GodsMercy #LostAndFound #JoyOfRepentance #KnowingChrist #TheWordTodayTV The God Who Never Stops Seeking Us – Thursday, November 5, 2026 Today's Catholic Mass Readings & Gospel Reflection Reading 1: Philippians 3:3–8a Resp: Psalm 105:2–3, 4–5, 6–7 Gospel: Luke 15:1–10 Liturgical Day: Thursday of the Thirty-first Week in Ordinary Time Lectionary Number: 488 Today, November 5, 2026, we reflect on Luke 15:1–10, where Jesus tells the parables of the lost sheep and the lost coin. Through these stories, He reveals the joy of God when a sinner repents and returns to Him. Every person matters to God, and His mercy invites us to turn away from sin and rediscover the joy of living in His grace. In Philippians 3:3–8a, Saint Paul teaches that knowing Jesus Christ is worth more than earthly achievements, privileges, or recognition. The Responsorial Psalm calls us to seek the Lord and remember His wonderful deeds. Together, these readings remind us to place Christ at the center of our lives, receive God's mercy with humility, and show compassion toward those who are struggling. Have you ever felt too far from God to return? May this Catholic Mass readings and Gospel reflection encourage you to seek His forgiveness, trust in His unfailing love, and welcome others with mercy rather than judgment. With God, a story of being lost can become a story of repentance, restoration, and joy. ==== Thank you for praying with us and sharing in this time of reflection on God’s Word.
