01 - Event Preview (Las Vegas Pump It Up Pro Tournament 2008)

Las Vegas Pump It Up Pro Tournament 2008. Held in the Marriott Hotel on Sept 13th 2008 in Las Vegas, Nevada. My friend Stabbie and I (s34n) flew out to Los Angeles and stumbled across the DDR X test location at Boomers! in Irvina, CA. There we tested the very first American release of Dance Dance Revolution X and also jubeat (U-Beat at the time). A couple of days later we drove with our friend Bacon to Las Vegas in a convertible (via Malibu and Hollywood!) lol We stayed at the Imperial Palace (Which became The Quad, then The LINQ) for the upcoming Las Vegas Pump It Up Pro Tournament, to promote the new Pump it Up PRO game! The event was run and organised by the development team: Kyle Ward, Chris Foy, Glenn Maynard, Chris Danford, Sean Hanson, Kristina Proctor etc [Here are the results/scores] 1.
