At the 69th Airstream Club International Rally, I got the chance to walk through the World Traveler 22RB with my friend Brian from Airstream of Minnesota, who has eight years of experience selling Airstreams. The World Traveler is very different from what we're used to seeing from Airstream. It's narrower, lighter, and designed to work with smaller tow vehicles—but getting the weight down means Airstream made some interesting choices. We take a look at the exterior, acrylic dual-pane windows, storage, unique bed layout, kitchen, dry bath, under-seat air conditioning, solar setup, tank capacities, and some of the compromises Airstream made to keep the trailer lightweight.
