Rural communities deserve access to high-quality health care close to home. In this video, CMH CEO/Executive Director Michael Calhoun and Jenna Hicks, director of quality and population health, explain how the Rural Health Transformation Program is creating new opportunities to strengthen and sustain rural health care across Missouri. CMH has been selected as the Hub Anchor for Missouri’s Region 7, bringing local health care and community partners together to identify gaps, develop innovative solutions and build a roadmap for the future.
