This 2025 Porsche Panamera 4 had covered less than 500 miles — yet arrived with stone-chip damage across multiple front panels.
The frustrating part?
This damage could have been completely avoided with Paint Protection Film fitted earlier.
After carrying out our decontamination wash, we identified stone chips affecting the bumper, bonnet, and leading edges. At that point, the original booking simply wasn’t enough — so the customer made the right call and upgraded the work to properly protect the car going forward.
The final process included:
Single-stage gloss enhancement to refine and restore paint clarity
Full front-end Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation to prevent further impact damage
Application of Wax Is Dead Ultimate Plus — our trusted 10-year ceramic coating for long-term protection and ease of maintenance
This video highlights a reality many new performance and luxury car owners don’t expect:
modern paint is vulnerable from day one, and delaying protection — even by a few hundred miles — can mean permanent damage.
If you’re taking delivery of a new Porsche, Panamera, or any high-value vehicle, this is exactly why PPF should be done first, not later.
