Gurudwara Sati Ghat Kankhal Haridwar

Gurudwara Sati Ghat is situated at Kankhal Haridwar, this ghat has been used as last ritual to run off ashes of deceased person in Ganga river. Mostly Sikhs and Guru Nanak lovers comes to Gurudwara for last ritual with ardas. this Gurudwara is historical, according Bhai Sahb third Guru, Guru Amardas Ji visited this Sati Ghat 22 times to stop Sati Ritual, where every widow had to burn alive with her husband funeral pyre.
