Build an MCP App with Claude Code | From First Prompt to Claude

For anyone who has been vibe coding for about a year and wants to build something real with Claude Code. The mistakes and the fixes stay in. A working MCP app, built with Claude Code from the first prompt to production, then opened inside Claude. This is the workflow we use at Intent Solutions: design the questions before writing code, lock the requirements in a PRD, ground every recommendation in a reviewed list, test against sample users, run a security suite before the first deploy, and QA the real interface in a browser. Then deploy to Cloudflare Workers and connect the app to Claude. The app diagnoses an AI setup: where you use Claude or Codex, what you keep re-explaining, and which reviewed skills from Tons of Skills would help. Browser QA caught three real bugs before launch, and we fix them on camera. In the next video, we put the app to work. Tools used include Claude Code, Warp, Claude, and Cloudflare Workers.
