In this video I walk through six new features for agency owners: Workflow Maps, Project Management, Ticketing, Custom Navs, and two new industry modes, Restaurants and Field Services. For each one I cover what it does, who it is for, and a real way an agency could use it. You'll see how Workflow Maps builds a map of the workflows, tags and forms in an account so you can see what depends on what before you change or delete anything. You'll see the new Project Management workspace with Spaces, Folders, Lists, Tasks and Subtasks tied to CRM records, and the Ticketing helpdesk with ownership, priority and service level agreement tracking. I also cover custom navigation, plus the Restaurants and Field Services industry modes: online ordering, reservations and floor plans for restaurants, and booking, dispatching, estimates, jobs and a technician app for home service businesses.
