Walking Montevideo in Winter | Beautiful Views, Difficult Sidewalks

Join us as we spend our first full day walking through Pocitos and Punta Carretas, two neighboring areas of Montevideo, Uruguay, during the final weeks of winter. This visit was part of our Uruguay scouting trip to consider what everyday life might feel like here. We explore the beautiful Rambla, take in the waterfront views and high-rise apartments, and share our honest impressions of the neighborhoods, street conditions, winter weather, and what the long walk felt like with mobility challenges.
