(How Long should sex last ?)पर विस्तार से जानकारी देते है। आज कल porn movies और बाकि सब जगह से गलत information मिलने पर आज कल के युवा लोग गलत expectation रखते है। काफी सारी studies के हिसाब से एक normal couple के लिए normal intercourse time 5 से 10 minutes के आस पास होता है। ये समय actual intercourse है न ही foreplay वगेरा को मिलाके। अब female body में एक uterus होता है उसके पीछे vagina रहता है। male partner intercourse के time, erected penis vagina में insert करते है। इस time vaginal और penile lubrication बहुत जरुरी है। काफी बार foreplay के बाद भी female partner में vaginal dryness होती है जिससे friction पैदा होता है। इससे दर्द होने लगता है और intercourse time reduce हो जाता है। ऐसे में बहुत बार vaginal dryness के कारण intercourse time बहुत हद तक कम हो जाता है। अब ऐसे में अगर sexual intercourse 1.5 minutes से कम में खत्म हो जाता है तो उसे premature ejaculation कहते है। ये anxiety और stress के कारण होता है। एक normal sexual intercourse में, 5-7 minute के अंदर seminal fluid vagina के अंदर डिस्चार्ज हो जाता है। और तो और sexual intercourse का समय नाही positions नाही time पर depend करता है। Indians में normal intercourse time 5 से 10 minute के आस पास होता है। अब एक बात जो बहुत जरुरी है वो ये है की, ये समय एक broad average समय है और अगर किसी को 15 या 20 min लगते है तो वो abnormal नहीं है। इसीलिए ध्यान में रखिये की time और ये सब चीज़ों पर pregnancy और fertility निर्भर नहीं करती है। ऐसी बातों पर विश्वास न करे। अधिक जानकारी के लिए पूरा वीडियो देखे। इस video के बारे में कोई भी सवाल हो तो comment करके पूछे। For more information, watch the full video.
