This siren is a Federal Signal Thunderbolt 1000T sounding for the first Wednesday of the month test for Hamilton County, Ohio on 5-2-2012. Hamilton County tests their sirens in "Growl", alert for 1 min. and attack for 1 min. This siren is located on top of the YMCA HQ building in Cincinnati, Oh. This siren has a broken rotator so it does not rotate. At the end of the video you can here a new T-128 wind down on the final attack cycle.
