With a landed home, you get your own land and usually more freedom with the property. But with a newer condo like ASA Residence, you get things like security, facilities, private lift access and much less maintenance to worry about. So instead of just asking whether ASA Residence is a good project, I think the bigger question is: If you had the budget, would you rather have a big condo with facilities or your own landed house?
