So if you came looking for somebody who was going to sit quietly and just nod at the screen, you definitely clicked the wrong reaction. 😂 But I had A LOT to say about this. This really feels like the beginning of a completely new era for XG. Not necessarily because they're abandoning everything that came before, but because it feels like they're finally stepping into a chapter that completely belongs to them. What we've known as XG up until this point was built from a vision that Simon helped establish alongside the members, and I personally think that vision aligned incredibly well with who these girls are as artists. But things have changed. And after seeing how involved XG has become creatively and behind the scenes, especially recently, this feels different. The ship is theirs now. Their art. Their decisions. Their future. Their vision. And honestly, that's what makes this new era so exciting. Of course, it still feels strange not seeing Simon involved anymore because he was such a recognizable part of XG's journey. Whatever anyone thinks about everything that happened, I genuinely hope he's doing well. But now I'm incredibly curious to see what XG creates when the responsibility and creative direction are completely in their hands. A NEW ERA. NEW ART. NEW VISION.
