What do you do when you get a second chance at life with only $400 to your name? For Aaron Lambert, the answer was to take action, get creative, and build a real estate business that has grown into 25 senior co-living properties in a single year.
Aaron went from working as a pipe fitter in the oil industry to spending four years in prison. When he got out, he had just $400 to his name. During the pandemic, he started selling masks and COVID test kits before finding his way into real estate. Today, he specializes in independent senior co-living, a model he says offers more tenant stability than traditional room-rental strategies like PadSplit. After opening 25 establishments in the past year, he’s now expanding into new construction and group homes.
In this episode of From Corporate to Cash Flow, Aaron shares how he rebuilt his life, scaled his business, and why taking action is one of the biggest keys to success in real estate. We also discuss the importance of choosing the right business partners, doing your due diligence before entering a deal, and learning from people who are already achieving the results you want.
In this episode, we cover:
How Aaron went from $400 to his name to building a growing real estate portfolio
