In this video, Pujya Niruma explains that, The final body a living being possesses before attaining final liberation, that body is called 'charam sharira'. After that there is no birth and death. At the time of death, when the living being, leaves the body that time there is tremendous amount of pain. The one who lives in self can stay separate from body. 'Sat' means eternal, the one who has achieved 'Sat', that person is called sadguru. Sadguru takes us towards self. The guru takes us from bad to good. After self realization ceremony, the mediation of ' I am pure soul' stays spontaneously. પ્રસ્તુત વીડિઓમાં પૂજ્ય નીરુમા સમજાવે છે કે, મોક્ષે જતા પહેલા જે છેલ્લો અવતાર હોય એ અવતારના શરીરને ચરમ શરીર કહેવાય છે. પછી જન્મ મરણ ના હોય. મૃત્યુ સમયે જયારે આ જીવ, એટલે સ્થૂળ શરીર છોડીને જાય ત્યારે ભયંકર વેદના હોય છે. આત્મામાં રહેતા હોય એ મૃત્યુ સમયે દેહથી જુદા રહે. સત એટલે શાશ્વત, જેને સત એચિવ કર્યું છે એવાને સદ્દગુરુ કહેવાય. સદ્દગુરુ આત્મા તરફ વાળે. જે અશુભમાંથી શુભમાં લઇ જાય એ ગુરુ. જ્ઞાનવિધિ પછી 'હું આત્મા છું', ધ્યાન સહેજે રહે.
