People take Epstein discourse seriously but Japanese pedophilia/lolita culture as a joke

This has been weighing on me and I rly wonder if it’s just me. I just wonder if ppl rly need to be so descriptive with their jokes too it’s really gross im ngl. CLARIFICATION!!: 1) I misspoke! When I said “you can make critiques on Japan w/o bringing up the p3do issue” I meant to say “you can make crude jokes about the Japanese without including the p3do stuff”. We absolutely should address the chíld abúşe issues with Japan, but joking about it rly ain’t productive. It’s not even like I’m saying it’s low hanging fruit - I just think it’s unnecessary. 2)when I said that “there’s a lot to be said about Japan and their culture” and then immediately speak about the pedo issue, it kinda sounds like I’m saying all of Japanese culture is pedophilic when it definitely isn’t. However, I can not in good faith act like it’s not extremely prominent (especially nowadays). This isn’t propaganda or an agenda this is a real and very serious issue. But I wanted to clarify what I meant soz Also when I said Lolita I meant it as loli I used them interchangeably cuz loli is shorter , this isn’t scripted and humans make errors ok bye
