This ex-CNW and Green Bay & Western locomotive is one of only 2 left in the World. At the time these scenes were recorded, the second unit, number 318 was out of service on the MNNR making this the only RS27 left operating. We see this smoker working the yard as well as the Hennepin Job, and the Hugo Job. In 2026, the MNNR sold this locomotive and is no longer on the property. Enjoy these scenes from the 2010’s!
