In this video I take you on a full tour (well, almost full tour. I wasn't able to show the garage but it is a 2 car attached garage with laundry) of a 4 bedroom plus office home in the Newhall area of Santa Clarita. This home is located in the southern most part of Santa Clarita, in Newhall's Oakridge neighborhood. Best part? NO HOA and No Mello Roos in this neighborhood! This home was rebuilt in 1996-1997 and you'll see it has tons of benefits that you'll see in newer homes (like large walk in closets) but still retains the charm from the 60's. The kitchen has been upgraded with beautiful granite countertops, wood cabinets, and new appliances. All bedrooms are upstairs, with a convenient powder bathroom on the first floor. Schools for the Oakridge neighborhood in Newhall would be Placerita and Hart for Jr High and High School, Elementary school could be split between several K-6 schools in the Newhall area. 🏠To view THIS home, or to schedule a private showing: https://www.yoursantaclarita.com/home...
