New Tenants Deserve A Clean Rental Property

Faced with an overgrown property with tall grass/weeds bound to jam the string trimmer, edging guaranteed to break my back, and grass thick enough to challenge even the most stalwart of BOB-CAT mowers , the smart money would pass on this job. Thankfully for you viewers, I have never been accused of being smart! You'll also notice the footage service as my 'before' was taken prior to an impending rain storm, so the footage is shakier and less smooth than I am used too. I apologize! And yes, you will see a real time version of this in the future. As usual, I create longer and shorter versions of videos to cater to all attention spans! :) The ECHO-PAS2620 trimmer is my standard go to when dealing with anything but the worst of yards (and yes, I have done worse than this yard!) A shared property line with cars everywhere made for some VERY tricky trimming in the front of the property. The BOB-CAT QuickCat 4000 stand-on mower handled the tall grass great, with sharp blades and a discharge chute in the full 'up' position, the clippings were sprayed evenly and at a great distance with no clumping. I can't get over how much quicker a 48 inch deck gets yards done than the 36 inch deck I have been using since November 2017. Grass clippings on this yard are excessive, but the customer (as are many in my rural area) was not interested in the price needed to double or triple cut clippings. Most folks with yards like this aren't interested in getting it looking like a golf course, they just want it cut down so the dog doesn't get lost and they will cut it again in another few months.
