Pour 1 to 2 ounces of Campari and 1 to 2 ounces of Sweet Vermouth into a glass filled with ice. Top off with sparkling water of your choice (blood orange San Pellegrino in mine). Stir gently and garnish with a slice of orange (or a lemon if you forgot to buy oranges!) Enjoy this refreshing low ABV summer cocktail!
