Fall Pumpkin Exterior Decor | Apple Cider Donuts | Shower Reno

This week felt like one of those weeks where we started with one thing on the list and somehow ended up doing about ten others. We finally finished the chicken coop, giving it a fresh coat of white paint, finishing up the roofing and doors, and adding some cozy bedding for the ladies. Then we headed out to explore a primitive antique store, and this place was full of things we'd never seen before, along with some pretty strange oddities that were just too much fun not to look at. From there, we stopped by Butternut Farm to pick up some pumpkins and, of course, spend a little time with the goats. Once we got home, it was time to bring all those pumpkins out and start decorating the house for fall. While we were at Butternut Farm, we also picked up some fresh apple cider and a few apples for snacking. I turned the cider into a batch of quick and easy apple cider donuts, and then it was finally time to tackle the bathroom. We pulled out the old tile, got the backer board up, and started getting everything ready for what comes next… actually putting the new tile in! Another week of old-house projects, fall decorating, farm visits, and figuring things out as we go!
