1’i yapana kadar anam ağladı… 2’yi yaparken çok zorlandım… 10 nasıl oldu, anlamadım. Peki neden? Belki sadece 1’incidesiniz. Kendi 1’inizi, başkasının 1000’incisiyle karşılaştırmayın. Ve unutmayın: Usta, hiç zorlanmamış insan değildir. Usta, zorlandığı şeyi yeterince çok yapmış insandır. Peki sizin hayatınızda uzun zamandır ertelediğiniz 1’inci adım ne? Yorumlarda benimle paylaşın. İlter Üsttaş #İlterÜsttaş #Başarı #Motivasyon #KişiselGelişim #Vazgeçme #Success #Motivation #NeverGiveUp 🇬🇧 The first time nearly broke me. The second was still difficult. By the tenth… I didn’t even realize I was doing it. Why does this happen? Why can taking the first step feel almost impossible, while something we repeat often enough eventually begins to feel natural? In this video, we explore why starting is so difficult, how repetition changes us, why failure may actually be part of becoming successful, and why so many people quit before they ever discover what they could have become. From the famous story attributed to Pablo Picasso and his “few-second drawing,” to James Dyson’s thousands of prototypes, Stephen King’s discarded manuscript of Carrie, Michael Jordan’s journey, and the powerful story of the stone that finally breaks after repeated blows… There is one question worth asking: Was it really the final blow that broke the stone? Or was it every invisible blow that came before it? People usually see the result. They see success. They see confidence. They see mastery. What they don’t see are the mistakes, rejection, frustration and countless repetitions that came before it. So if you’re struggling with something today, maybe you’re not incapable. Maybe you’re simply still on attempt #1. Never compare your first attempt with someone else’s thousandth. Remember: A master isn’t someone who never struggled. A master is someone who practiced what was difficult until it became natural. So here’s my question for you: What is the first step you’ve been putting off? Tell me in the comments. İlter Üsttaş
