Crafting This to Get My 5-Million Gold AH Mount

I'm on the road to a Fungal Strider Mount and my goal is to get it the day it comes out. Will this craft take me there? For some World of Warcraft Midnight professions, it will be the same craft every time. For alchemy, it changes. Sometimes several times during the day. So how do you find the craft that will make the most gold for your character based on skills, concentration and auction house prices?
