Voddie Baucham on Catholicism

Pastor Baucham talks about some of the Catholic teachings from the sixth session of the Council of Trent. Full sermon:    • Voddie Baucham: The World, the Flesh, and ...   Martin Lloyd-Jones once said: “The Roman Catholic Church not only does not teach the doctrine of assurance of salvation, but it teaches and preaches against it. Why? The explanation is quite simple: as long as you’re uncertain, you are dependent upon the church and priests. If you have assurance of salvation, you do not need a priest. You do not need the help of the Virgin Mary, or the work of super-erogation of the saints; you go directly to God through Christ.” #VoddieBaucham #Catholic #Catholicism
